Add a little giving back to your safari. Visit, support, and learn from communities around Uganda's national parks.

Who we are

Yaneta Safaris is a small family-run agency in Kabale, close to Bwindi, Queen Elizabeth and Murchison Falls. We work every day with the communities that live right next to these parks – the families who host you, farm there, and keep the forest safe.

Tourism should help them too. Many of our guests ask, “How can we help a little?” So we made this page – simple and honest. We are not a big NGO. We just know the head teachers, the women’s groups and the farmers. If you want to visit, bring something useful, or support a small project, we connect you directly.

Why it matters

Three simple realities we see around the parks. When communities benefit, wildlife is safer too.

We Find Venues

Munyonyo, Serena, Mestil, or quiet lodges in Jinja. We know what works for small groups.

We Handle Transport & Food

Coaster buses, 4x4s, lunches, coffee breaks, tents, PA. One team to call.

We Add Safari

After meetings, we take you for real game drives, boat cruise, and gorillas.

How you can help

Visit a Community Project

Add a half day to any safari. We drive to a nearby school, Batwa village or women’s group. You talk, learn, buy crafts if you like. No performance.

Pack for a Purpose

Bring what fits in your bag. Books, pens, geometry sets, second-hand clothes, small footballs. We give you a real list from teachers.

Support a Small Project

Help buy 10 desks, iron sheets, or one beehive fence. $50 – $850. We buy materials locally, send photos and WhatsApp video.
