Arrive at Kigali International Airport, where you’ll be welcomed by our professional guide. After a short briefing, enjoy a scenic drive to Ruhengeri, the gateway to Volcanoes National Park. Check in at your lodge and relax before dinner.

After an early breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. Venture into the jungle in search of the endangered mountain gorillas—a once-in-a-lifetime wildlife encounter. Spend an unforgettable hour in their presence.

After lunch, check out and transfer to Gisenyi (Lake Kivu), arriving in time for dinner by the lakeside.

After breakfast, depart for Nyungwe Forest National Park. Enjoy scenic views along Lake Kivu, passing through charming towns like Kibuye and Cyangugu. Arrive in the evening, check into your resort, and relax over dinner.

Start the day with a guided chimpanzee trekking expedition in Nyungwe’s dense rainforest. Spend an hour observing these fascinating primates in their natural habitat.

After lunch, visit the Uwinka Visitor Center for the famous Nyungwe Canopy Walk—a thrilling 2-hour walk suspended above the treetops, offering panoramic views of the forest and its wildlife.

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kigali. En route, stop in Butare to visit the Ethnographic Museum, home to over 100,000 cultural artifacts, and the historic Nyanza Royal Palace, residence of Rwanda’s former kings. Witness the majestic Inyambo cattle with their iconic horns.

Arrive in Kigali by late afternoon and transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
